Additionally, my professional experience has focused on assisting children and teenagers who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and various other diagnosis.  I have also worked with adults, families, individuals suffering from severe mental illness, and have conducted group therapy and parenting classes The strength based theoretical approaches which inform my work includes: Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy It is my belief that, not only are we individually, equipped to solve the human condition, but that, in addition, we are the authors of our own story. I offer an unconditional, accepting, and non-judgmental environment where I will be able to provide appropriate, relevant, and culturally sensitive intervention strategies to each unique client, couple, or family.

My professional manner is one that supports and provides a safe and collaborative atmosphere where individuals can genuinely explore and work through life's persisting challenges. During our time together it is my hope that, together, we can bring awareness to your strengths and help you set goals to develop the life you envision for yourself. I strive to create a safe space that allows room for your culture, spiritual beliefs and values to be heard and taken into account as we work side by side to develop your goals and discover solutions to your current problems.
